Rasheed Olaoluwa is a first-class Civil Engineering graduate (University of Ife), and holds an executive MBA degree from International Graduate School of Management (IESE), Spain.
Work experience: Before joining UBA in 2006, Olaoluwa has had an illustrious working career that saw him through Arthur Andersen and in the banking industry, various senior roles in marketing and relationship management, treasury management, currency trading and investment banking, culminating in his appointment as the managing director/chief executive officer of the erstwhile Universal Trust Bank PLC.
At UBA, his stock has risen as he has served as Member of Board, Audit Committee, UBA PLC, Executive Director at the same bank between March 2008 and December 2012, as well as Chief Executive Officer of UBA International, a subsidiary of United Bank for Africa Plc and UBA West & Central Africa.

Educational profile: Ibrahim F. Betso holds B.sc Agricultural Economics and M.Sc. Economics (Banking & Finance) degrees from the University of Maiduguri and University of Jos respectively. He has also attended various courses, seminars, workshops and conferences locally and internationally on aspects of management, investment banking, marketing, leadership and lease financing.
Working experience: He is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive of LECON. Prior to his current appointment, he was head of operations of the company. He had previously worked as programme Manager at the Directorate of Food, Roads and Rural Infrastructure (DFRRI) in the defunct Gongola State. He also worked with the United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc. as Credit Analyst before he joined LECON.
He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management.
An experienced Accountant, Alhaji Jauro holds a Higher Diploma Certificate in Accountancy from Kaduna Polytechnic, Post Graduate Diploma in Finance & Material Management and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Marketing from University of Maiduguri.
He is a certified National accountant (CNA). Over the last 25 years, he has acquired diverse experience and served in various capacities including World Health Organization (WHO), Nigerian Federal Civil Service and Maiduguri Flour Mill where he occupied various managerial positions.
He is currently an Executive Director in Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).
Educational profile: Mohammed Goni Alkali holds a first-class degree in Accounting (Bayero University) and a Masters degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.
He has also attended various seminars/workshops/conferences locally and internationally on aspects of commercial/investment banking operations, management, leadership, and development finance, with emphasis on SMEs.
Work experience: Prior to his current appointment, he was General Manager, Operations, Bank of Industry, and had previously garnered experience in branch management, international operations and export credit from the African International Bank where he rose to the position of Assistant General Manager.
He was also with ICON Limited (Merchant Bankers), where he left as an Assistant Manager. He spent five years as an academic at the University of Maiduguri.
He was formerly, Managing Director of Nigeria Economic Reconstruction Fund (NERFUND) and also an Executive Director with Bank of Industry.
He attended Bowie State College and Howard University Washington where he obtain Bachelor of Business Administration (B.BA) and MBA.
He had worked for Small Business Administration (SBA) USA as well as served as a Special Assistant to the Federal Minister of Commerce & Industries.
Ms. Ikpe is currently the Director of Administration and Human Resources of Niger Delta Development Commission (NNDC).
She holds a BA degree in Behavioural Sciences from Scarritt College, Nashville, Tennessee USA, and MSc. degree in Organizational Behaviour from University of Hartford, USA.
She is a co- founder and one time Programme Co-coordinator of African Foundation for Development of Infrastructure and Social Services in Rural Communities (AFODISE) and Vice President of the Federation of Akwa Ibom Women Association (FAIWA).
