She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Education and M. Ed in Psychology from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Prior to joining the services of LECON Financial Services Limited in September 2008, she worked as Administrative Manager with Corporate Leasing & Commerce Nigeria Limited, Training Consultant with Michael Stevens Nigeria Limited and Human Resources Manager with Pan African International Nigeria Limited.

She held positions in several Units of the Leasing Services Department of LECON including Marketing and Debt Recovery before her appointment as the Head of Business Development.

She has attended various seminars and workshops in Corporate Administration, Human Resources/Personnel Management, Lease documentation/Administration and Marketing.
