Olusoji Aderemi Adeyeye currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management at LECON Finance Company Limited. He is a highly accomplished professional bringing over two and a half decades of multi-layered functional responsibility within the Financial Services sector.

Throughout his distinguished career, Olusoji has functioned as the Chief Audit Executive, Group Head, Internal Control, Head, Investigation and Fraud Management, and Regional Head. As a leader, he is skilled at providing strategic direction, delivering solutions to complex financial challenges, and propelling corporate growth through meticulous attention to Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), while also leading elements of team and department reporting transformation

Academically, he holds a B.Sc. Second Class Upper Division in Accounting from the University of Ilorin and a Master of Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and the Institute of Financial Consultants. Additionally, he is a PECB Certified ISO 22301 Lead Implementer and an Associate of both the Computer Forensics Institute of Nigeria and the Nigerian Institute of Management

Olusoji is a seasoned trainer, facilitating workshops at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria's (Lagos and District Society), and has earned numerous awards and recognition of excellence throughout his academic and professional career, having attended several local and international conferences
