Gloria Tobin-Okpata is the Head of the Internal Control and Compliance Department of LECON Financial Services Limited.  She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and a Licensed Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

She trained and worked at some Notable Organisations such as Akintola Williams Deloitte; a member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu International, Schlumberger Nigeria Limited, The Lawquest Group, Alpha-Juris Chambers, Gledge Consulting Services between April 1996 and May 2022; at which time she held positions as Audit Senior, Tax/Fiscal Accountant, Manager/Group Manager, Executive Director/Group Executive Director and Managing Partner amongst others. Her experience in Finance & Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and General Management Practice spans various sectors of the economy, and includes entities in the public, oil and gas, construction, and financial sectors as well as consumer business and the agricultural sector.

She has over 25 (twenty-five) years of Auditing, Taxation, Accounting and General Corporate Management experience.

She loves teaching and mentoring amongst other personal interests.
